Sun City Taxis is an EMAIL-BOOKING-ONLY SERVICE

Your booking is NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.

If your travel is urgent or same-day without prior confirmation, this service is not suitable.

Email Booking is easy between 0800 – 1700 weekdays.
Bookings outside those hours will be considered and confirmed if able to be serviced with available driving hours.

Booking Policy: We are a PRE-BOOKED SERVICE ONLY. Submitting this form is a request; your reservation is only finalised upon receiving our official email confirmation.

Also note: WE DO NOT OPERATE WHEELCHAIR UNITS.

Policy on Unscheduled & Intoxicated Passengers: We are a private-hire, pre-booked service. We do not operate as an on-demand, late-night taxi rank service. We reserve the right decline bookings that have not been pre-confirmed via email, or if a passenger is visibly intoxicated or unable to clearly communicate their destination
